The park located in direct proximity to the railway station and near one of the access roads to the neighborhood is fully tailored to the needs of the local residents.
The retail park houses 10 stores, with the Polish supermarket chain Topaz as the anchor. The park's offer additionally includes popular discount brands KIK and Pepco. Furthermore, customers can find there, among others, an optician’s store, a bookshop, a pharmacy, a fashion boutique, and a convenience store.
A car park for as many as 225 cars was developed in front of the building with the needs of those traveling by car in mind.
